But I wanted to take the time to express how pleased our entire group was with our whole trip and the service of you and all of Venture to Africa. As I mentioned, we had high expectations of the trip, and every aspect from the scenery, our accommodations, food, and activities all greatly exceeded our expectations. It's definitely the best trip I have ever taken! And surprisingly everything went smoothly the entire trip. Our only issue was our return flight to the states being cancelled, but that was really out of both our control. We really appreciated someone from Venture from Africa meeting us both times we arrived at the Johannesburg airport and especially helping us deal with our cancelled flight. Having your assistance with getting booked on another flight, and getting our voucher for hotel stay and food was so nice!

Thank you so much for all of your recommendations and helpful feedback in planning the trip. We really loved the quality yet variety of all of our different accommodations, from the uniqueness and down home feeling at Otters Den, to the beauty and luxury of Kapama Buffalo Camp, to the blend of both and amazing service at Waterberry, we really felt like we got the flavor of Africa. Plus the service and food at all places was top notch! I would definitely recommend all of the places we stayed at to anyone looking to travel in that area.
