The new AIDEF (Aviation Infrastructural Development Fund) tax has now been implemented in Zimbabwe. This is applicable to Victoria Falls, Harare, Kariba, Hwange Main, Bulawayo, and Chiredzi (Buffalo Range). If the tax has not been included on scheduled commercial air tickets issued prior to 21 January 2012, then the airlines will collect the relevant amount from passengers upon check-in.
All tickets issued after 21 January 2012 should include the AIDEF tax.
