Mandy,
On behalf of my family and myself, I want to extend our most heartfelt thanks for all your efforts to make our recent family trip to Southern Africa the spectacular success that it was.  We don’t take lightly the effort you make to get the whole thing organized perfectly, and then deal with contingencies as they inevitably occur.  We love Africa.  And to have the chance to share that with our “children” (the youngest is 43) was the primary goal of this trip.  Everything was wonderful—the experiences, the accommodations, the people, all of it.  The little hiccup over the Gorge Swing turned out fine and we have some awesome pictures and videos.  But it was the animals and the incredible vistas found in the parks that will make this a lifetime “best.”  It wouldn’t have been possible without the attention you gave it right from the beginning.
